As Gujarat gears up for the vibrant celebration of Navratri, Tata Power Renewable Energy limited (TPREL), one of India’s largest renewable energy company and a subsidiary of Tata Power, invites the 7 crore residents across its 33 Districts to embrace the festival’s spirit by adopting solar energy. This Navratri, Tata Power Solar encourages families across the state to make a meaningful commitment: “Pledge to Solarize Your Home.” By switching to solar, homeowners can reduce energy costs, lower their carbon footprint, and contribute to a cleaner environment, all while benefiting from government-backed subsidies.

Tata Power Renewables has installed over 280 MW of rooftop solar systems across Gujarat, positively impacting Gujarat consumers. Iconic projects at Dholera, 300MW India’s largest solar single axis project and 150 MW at Dhuravan have further reinforced Tata Power Renewables’s leadership in the state’s renewable energy revolution. The company is also expanding its reach to every district of Gujarat, ensuring that more residents can easily transition to clean energy. To make the switch seamless, Tata Power Renewables has developed an extensive network of over 40 trusted channel partners across the state, offering high-quality, complete package solutions. Installations are completed within seven days, allowing families to enjoy the benefits of solar energy without delay.

This Navratri, Tata Power Renewables is collaborating with prominent pandals across Gujarat, including Karnavati Club in Ahmedabad, United Way and Laxmi Vilas Palace in Baroda, and Wallcity Navratri (Bhuj) and Ras Mohotsav (Gandhidham) in Kutch. This collaboration aims to drive consumer awareness of solar energy and highlight Tata Power Solar’s leadership in the renewable energy sector. The devotees will experience the design and features of solar solutions and offerings through LED screens that will periodically display the benefits of switching to solar. Tata Power Solar urges residents to blend tradition with sustainability by choosing solar energy, allowing families to celebrate the festival while contributing to a greener, more sustainable future. Solar rooftop systems not only lower electricity bills but also reduce dependence on non-renewable energy sources. Backed by a comprehensive 25-year warranty and indigenously manufactured cells and modules from our 4.3GW manufacturing plant at Tirunelveli supporting the Make in India initiative, Tata Power Solar’s solutions provide unmatched reliability and long-term savings. With 189.6 MW of wind energy and 680 MW of solar energy currently in operation, Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) is at the forefront of supporting Gujarat’s clean energy targets, driving sustainable growth, and helping the state remain a leader in India’s renewable energy revolution.

In alignment with the ‘PM Surya Ghar Yojana’, Tata Power Solar makes it easy for residents of Gujarat to transition to clean energy. Under this scheme, homeowners can receive subsidies of ₹30,000 per kW for systems up to 2kW, ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2kW plus ₹18,000 for 3kW systems, and a fixed ₹78,000 for systems over 3kW. These incentives make solar power more affordable and accessible for households across the state. Tata Power Solar, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), offers comprehensive rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. With a commitment to lifelong service and a 48-hour resolution window, Tata Power Solar ensures that customers receive the support they need long after installation.
